·Ensuring development and cultivation of professional individuals with exceptional sales training, product knowledge, motivation and team spirit.
·Leading, teaching and showing the team as the prime example for surpassing targets within deadline, regardless of pressure.
·Organising exhibitions for product branding and product promotion to maximise the sales with profitability.
·Management of fund flow and payments, implementation of systems within the company, utilization of cost and resources.
