AREA SALES MANAGER

You will be responsible for developing sales in collaboration with our agent and retail network and make sure that we both reach our sales objectives and get our brand DNA implemented in each market. The position is based at ferm LIVING offices in Copenhagen and reports to the Head of Sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage and motivate local agents & their team •Develop and Implement sales activities and in-store solutions in accordance with guidelines and in collaboration with agents • Monthly budget & KPI follow up • Co-visit retailers and e-tailers on a regular basis together with agent (app. 30-40 travel days yearly) •Participation in local fairs & exhibitionsRequirements
QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum 3 years’ experience from sales of consumer products, preferably from the interior design business •A commercial mind-set and relevant commercial education such as Cand.merc HA, HD, markedsøkonom or similar •Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English, preferably also French, German, Italian and/or Spanish • Self-driven, but at the same time a team player • Organized and effective time manager •Pro-active, result oriented and solution seeking •Positive & outgoing personality which will motivate and inspire agents and, retailers/e-tailers • Understands what it means to be a brand ambassadorHow to apply
