Reporting to our Head of Sales Support & Claims, we are now looking for a customer and sales-oriented sales coordinator for the contract market. Preferably French Speaking.Requirements
As our new sales coordinator, you will enter our designated contract team. You will be the primary point of contact for our contract customers and sales consultants. The primary focus will be on the French speaking markets, however Gubi’s contract team are working across markets and customers rather than a market shared split.
You will be responsible for making sure that the customers and consultants on your projects have everything they need to realise quotes, timely deliveries and on a daily basis are supported carefully around product launches and campaigns.
This entails ensuring that orders are delivered according to schedule; continuously following up with our warehouse, supply chain and logistic partners.
Specifically, you will be:
· Handle internal and external communication and coordination on product knowledge, lead time and order inquiries by mail and telephone.
· Register orders, handling logistics and deliveries, invoicing and maintaining customer accounts.
· Keeping the customers and sales responsible updated on relevant information.
· Coordinating and monitoring all relevant processes – including day-to-day trouble shooting
Your success will depend on your ability to ensure timely delivery, excellent customer service and the ability to solve small as well as big inquiries for our customers.
We expect an educational level that matches the position. You have experience within customer service and coordination from a similar position. You are used to be measured on customer satisfaction and delivery standards.
You have a wide experience in sales support, and its key that you have with experience from the industry.
You are able to handle several projects at once. At the same time, you take an operational and energetic approach to your work, tasks and challenges, and you handle a hectic work environment excellently.
Languages: Strong communication skills in English and preferably also French. You speak and write English at a high level and French at an intermediate level.
High level Danish is not a requirement. Gubi’s Sales Support team is a multinational team, with lots of cultures and language skills
IT: Confident with IT and ERP systems.
Candidate profile: You are an open minded and dynamic person who knows the importance of cooperation and teamwork. You are a thorough and detail oriented, ambitious, hard-working and trustworthy person with good interpersonal skills and a strong drive. You know the importance managing big projects from mock up enquiry to delivery, and you thrive in a hectic pace/ environment.
The social environment is of great importance to you, and you contribute daily to a good and positive interaction and constructive dialogue, as the social environment provides an opportunity for you to do your very best. Opening hours: Mon-Thursday 08:30-16:30 / Friday 8:30-16:00
