I worked in a development company in which there were 4 architects. I joined the company in 2014 at the stage P. I worked on stage WD, during the construction I carried out project supervision. In the summer of 2015, I was made redundant but one year later in 2016 I received a job offer from this company again. (During the break I worked in an Italian construction company, further details of my experience here are below) 

During my second time with the company my duties included working with tenants. I checked the tenants’ projects and shopfronts to make sure they were in accordance with the requirements of the shopfront manual especially designed for the shopping centre.

Jan2016  – July2016, Moscow

I worked in an Italian construction company for 7 months. The first couple of months in the company I worked on AR stage WD of 2 mock up apartments and selected some equipment for them. The last months in the company I worked on the restoration of a historical building from the complex of 8 buildings in the centre of Moscow. We convert the office building into an apartment building. My duties included to combine the interior design of the building which was created in England with the existing situation.

Oct 2013 – Jan 2014, Moscow countryside

Object: 3 floors Family house

I worked on my own project for 3 months. The project was a wooden family house with 3 floors. I worked directly with a customer and took into account their preferences and wishes for the house. I designed the project in accordance with the climatic conditions of the area, Russian construction legislation and also the relevant permissions. I created sketches and a concept and worked on AR stages P, WD and as-built. I coordinated AR with other sections of the project.

Jul 2013 – Oct 2013, Moscow

I worked in a Turkish company for 4 months. My duties were focused on redevelopment and design of offices. I met and held discussions with customers, visited the construction site, attended meetings and carried out supervision of the project. I worked on AR stages P, WD and as-built in accordance with relevant Russian permissions.
