Leading the Visual Merchandising (VM) Department, aiming at top level Visual Merchandising execution by producing tools and procedures, delivering knowledge, skills and capabilities to VM team and stores. The VM Department’s goal is sales growth through VM.
Main Responsibilities include:
Manages VM team and is responsible for their performance
Co designs and/or guides implementation of Mother Brand’s and Agora’s VM strategy
Communicates effectively and accordingly with Store Operations Department for floorset execution alignment
Co designs in association with Mother Brand’s and Agora’s Marketing Departments the Marketing Calendar and communicates it to stores and is responsible for execution
Co Designs and/or communicates all VM/Creative Tools and procedures to VM team and stores
Organises and maintains VM/Creative Database in collaboration with the VM team and the Graphic Designer
Securing consistent Brand Visual image by properly supporting, guiding, training and developing the VM and store teams
Organises store openings and schedules trips for VM Opening Support
Supervises the Graphic Designer’s work and is responsible for Creative review and communication with Mother Brand for all relative matters
Responsible for researching, obtaining collaborating and communicating with printing partners for Agora’s signs productions according to the company’s expectations and needs
Marketing Management: Communication and alignment with Mother Brand regarding Promotional initiatives for implementation. Event administration. Creation of all Creative/Marketing Procedures for Agora including a files Database. Collaboration with Printing Company for editing, ordering and production of Marketing signs. Review signs placement in store according to VM standards.
Visual Merchandising (VM): Provideproper design and implementation of new floorset presentation. Provide proper communication of all VM guidelines to stores. Develop VM Talent within the stores. Regular communication with stores for support.
01/06/2014 – 2/2016:REGIONAL VISUAL MERCHANDISING LEADER at AGORA TRADING S.A.
Visual Merchandising: Participate in store openings (7 in total to date). Provideproper design and implementation of new floorset presentation. Provide all VM guidelines and tools to stores. Develop VM Talent within the stores. Regular communication with stores to support with replication of the Brand message.
Sales Review: Daily communication with Store Managers, review sales performance and KPIs. Propose action plans to improve sales performance. Communicate Company’s Messages on a weekly basis to the Managers.
Customer Experiences: Review all store’s reports. Give feedback to ensure compliance with Brand message and priorities. Produce and deliver the Store Tools. Develop Customer Service Talent within the stores by regular training, coaching and supporting.

Build Capability: Able to read Business Analytics, to deeply understand them and to implement action plans. Have constant monitoring of stock levels and act as necessary according to company timelines. Conduct stock counts and assumes responsibility for stock losses. Familiar with WHS operations and ensure compliance with company standards. Aware of Store Technology needs and ensure functionality of all systems.
